CONTRACT OF PLEDGE FOR PRIVATE SALE OF REAL ESTATE

That the private instrument of contract of sale of immovable property which form
among themselves on one side Mr. IVO CORREIA DE MELO, Brazilian citizen, marrie
d, farmer, resident and domiciled at Br 429, Km 06, a rural area in this city of
rubber, Rondonia, bearer of Identity Card No. 635 544 SSP / PR, and duly regist
ered under CPF / MF under No. 016.301.21568 hereby dominated VENDOR, and also th
e SNH ª MARIA PEREIRA DA SILVA, single, rancher and resident of Lh 7 bridges, 1
7 km, rural area, this Seringueiras County, State of Rondonia, bearer of identit
y card RG No. 11.6002 SSP / RO, and duly entered in CPF under No. 333949382-00,
BUYER hereby dominated (A) states and by this they had just hired the following.
CLAUSE ONE - Object of this buying and selling is an urban lot, measuring 15 x
40 (fifteen meters in front and back forty meters in the side), lot No. 340, Sec
tor 05, Block 10, located at the corner of Avenida JK Avenue Brazil, center, in
this city of Seringueiras Rondonia state, containing such improvements, 01 (a) p
arabolic, 01 (a) washing tank and 01 (a) well containing potable water. SECOND C
LAUSE - The sale price is now adjusted from $ 5,000.00 (five thousand reais), an
d paid as follows: cash, or upon the execution of this contract. THIRD CLAUSE -
The buyer entered into possession of the now trading from 30 (thirty) days of th
e beginning of the contract and the seller must in this period had given the pro
perty free and clear of any tax burden, electricity and water expenses arising t
o that property. FOURTH CLAUSE - All costs related to transfers of the property
now being negotiated, will occur for the exclusive account of the buyer. And the
seller must give any signature that is necessary for the transfer of the same.
FIFTH CLAUSE - For all purposes of legal rights, the contracting state accepting
this contract expressed in terms in which it was drawn up, forcing himself to h
imself, his heirs and successors to well and faithfully fulfill it.
SIXTH CLAUSE - The parties hereby elect the County of San Miguel Guaporé - RO,
to resolve any issues that can not be settled amicably between the parties, and
the defaulting party had paid the expenses when the procedure. And because they
are so righteous and contractors, till, date and sign this contract in two copie
s of equal content and form in the presence of two witnesses, capable and aware
