ERNESTO PAREL JR., of legal age, Filipino Citizen and with residence
at Brgy. Zone 2, Bangued, Abra, hereinafter called the VENDOR.

OFELIA P. ALFILER, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen nd now a

resident of Seattle, United States of America, herein represented by her
sister EMERITA P. BERAME, of legal age and resident of Towerville, Brgy.
Angad, Bangued, Abra hereinafter called the VENDEE;

WHEREAS, for an in consideration of the total sum of FIFTY THOUSAND

PESOS ( Php 50,000.00), of which was already paid by the VENDEE and
acknowledged by the VENDOR, hereby transfer, conveys, assigns and
waives, only upon full payment of the purchase price, all his rights and
interests covering one lot, in favor of the VENDEE, his heirs, assigns or
successors-in-interest, the following described realty, with the following
description.

Indicated as Lots 39, 41 and 50 in the Subdivision Plan approved by the
DENR
Land Area: 125 sq.m., 150 sq.m. and 170 sq.m., respectively
Location: Brgy. Calaba, Bangued, Abra

WHEREAS, the VENDOR reiterates his warranties as the VENDOR,

regarding his peaceful, open, public, continuous and adverse ownership and
possession on the above- described realty, without any dispute and/ or
adverse claim and possession on the above-described realty, without any
dispute and/ or adverse claim by any third person or any lien, encumbrance
on said realty;

WHEREAS, the afore-described realties may now be registered by the

VENDEE in here favor thereafter may cause its transfer in her name.
