SPECIMEN SUBMITTED:
1. six (6) bullets marked RM-1 to RM-6 and
2. One metallic fragment marked RM-7
3. 2 bullets marked RM-8 and RM-9 which are samples from test fire of M-16 rifle owned by
SPO4 JONATHAN UY.

PURPOSES:

1. To determine whether the evidence bullets marked RM-1 to RM-6 was fired through the barrel
of M-16 assault rifle owned by SPO4 JONATHAN UY
2. To determine whether evidence bullets marked RM-1 was fired through the barrel of M-16
assault rifle owned by SPO4 JONATHAN UY

FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:

1. Comparative examination made between the evidence bullets marked RM-1 to RM-6 and RM-8 to
RM-9 revealed that they posses similar individual characteristic markings, said evidence bullets were
fired through the barrel of only one firearm. The bullets was fired through the barrel of M-16 assault
rifle owned by SPO4 JONATHAN UY.
