Course Objectives At the end of the course, the students should be able to:

1. Define basic functions of management namely, planning, organizing,


leading and controlling.
2. To understand the management terms, concepts and its application in
business management.

Course Description This course introduces the various functions of managers such as planning,
organizing, leading and controlling. The subject will expose students about
management in a rapidly changing world, in the context of a free world and
market economy along with the adaption of information.
