The Motion to Withdraw Appearance as Counsel filed on

October 17, 2016 by Atty. Christian Arvin S. Barlan with the
conformity of the accused is granted.

As prayed for, his appearance as counsel for both herein

accused is withdrawn.

Both accused are directed to secure the services of a new

counsel and to appear with him on the next scheduled hearing.
