hour: I was hungry.

Cocoa Chocolate Scrambled eggs, two Honey BBQ Chicken
Granola Bar and water slices of toasted bread sandwich with a side
of potatoes wedges
and water
Observations: Energized, but around 10 when I had cardio my stomach threw it out; I felt a little full
and my stomach was still upset. ;I felt really full 30 minutes after and an hour after I got a stomach
ache.

Wednesday Breakfast Lunch Dinner


3/1/17
Nothing A turkey bacon Chick-fil A chicken
avocado sandwich, a tenders and fries with
chocolate covered water.

Observations: I had a headache and had no energy. ; I felt full right away,
but I felt energized 30 minutes after. ; 30 minutes after I was still full and I did not eat anything else.

two slices of toasted shredded chicken.

Observations: Hungry; Right away I felt satisfied and 30 min. after I
still felt full. ; I felt really fool right after finishing and an hour later I was still full.

Observations: Nauseas; Satisfied 30 minutes after and still full an hour after. ;
Headache and stomach discomfort

Observations: Energized; Hungry
Satisfied and full

Observations: I was hungry 30 minutes after; Slight stomach ache an hour after; Still
full after 2 hours.
