Preface
Having worked as global economist, interim -Director and management-consultant
exposed to the international - and global business stage, I have always been a
deeper ± thinker and a Äthink-tank³ permitting my thoughts and inspiration s
beyond the mere traditional way of thinking and functioning in our world -matrix-
system as we know it. Additional editorial capabilities next to c atering my
photographic leisure -time activities have greatly amended this book.
During the latter 20 years of my life, I was surely able to accumulate vast life -
and professional experiences and insights about a glossary of people
originating from various cultures, different languages and of sometimes
absolutely-different-ways of perceiving things; and this happened in so many
different situations and viewpoints.
This book attempts to be a summary of all of my accumulated insights of

wisdom, values, perceptions and cultures, trying to elaborate on deeper sense
of human action/interaction within cultures, subcultures and deviant subcultures
particularly across the tremendously -culture-rich region of ASIA.
This book could surely become an insightfu l companion of the traveling

manager, especially those kind of open -minded and global business managers
who are seeking for more understanding, and are willing to compromise some
of their very own rather-traditional mind-settings and belief -systems.
It is this very SEARCH for deeper inspiration offering answers to a never-

ending myriad of questions about the WHY and the HOW in the life of
business managers, thus trying to comprehend the incre asing ruthlessness of
our business-world and our global-economic-systems which seem so
entrenched that ³not even GOD´ could possibly have them changed - and this
exactly in a world where CHANGE has almost become the Norm. Additionally
nurtured business-ruthlessness and profiteering -management-to-the-max by
many of our present-day-modern business schools offering MBA programs
across the globe.
Being a freelance journalist and photographer, I was able to brighten up some

rather deep philsophical contexts with some of my personal photographical art.
Thanks be to GOD for the many inspirational moments from above and
through some of his angelic messengers, who oftentimes supported me, to
make this book happen.
During many of my nature-walks, my mountain- and camping tours next to the
precious time which I could spend on various tropical island homes, I was
enabled to find the peace -of-mind needed to release the powers of deeper
inspiration and philosophical writing to complete this book with highly -valuable
texts from a former top-manager now shared with younger managers.

politicians, deliberately it seems , not coincidently. If this claim is wrong, I do not
understand why all of Germany´s neighboring countri es do better economically
and enjoy higher growth rates, in particular, the UK and the Netherlands.
The naked truth will finally surface and all 5 senses will be shocked.

muss, denn nur so können die gegenwärtigen Aktionen der Deutschen Politiker
verstanden werden, mit voller Absicht, nicht zufällig, so scheint es. Sollte diese
Behauptung falsch sein, verstünde ic h nicht warum die Nachbarstaaten
Deutschlands wirtschaftlich allesamt besser dastehen und mehr
Wirtschaftswachstum geniessen, hier insbesondere England und die Niederlande.

Die nackte Wahrheit wird letztendlich zu Tage treten, und alle 5 Sinne werden
betört werden.

Many ethnocentric cultures, many great languages and yet many different dialects
which by themselves are yet again different languages as well. This is Asia.
People are different and want to be different.
Asia being mainly dominated originally by the Arian -Indian-tribes as well as the
Chinese tribes. Both civilisations have been very selective in their family -
restrictive-focus. Only their very narrow family circles are being nurtured and
fostered, beyond that , no friends are made and no trust of whatsoever form is
being extended.
Most of the Asian cultures are patriarchical in practise, yet since the turn of the
new millenium, more and more women are surfacing in powerful functions and
positions despite the men trying to hold the power grip tight, especially
politically.
As Marco Polo already contested some 600 years ago over in China, the Chinese
women are often of tricky and dangerous nature. Being go -getters by nature, they
are pure seekers of golden opportunities for themselves. There fore, all men be
warned. China has never been easy for foreigners. But this new boomtown-times
are challenging every business associate, and cities like Shanghai or Beijing being
filled with opportunistic women just waiting for their chance to hook on a
foreign man.
Full of crooked and entirely dishonest businessmen China is a true trap for many
an entrepreneur of honest nature. Many have fallen and many are yet to fall for
illegitimacy and criminality in China.
People do not care about other people at all. The very grandmother could be sold
for profit in China, but even over in South East Asia the diversified multi -culti-
society is not much further advanced than is the case in China.
As soon as people are back in their cars, their masks are on, and they can behave
like ego-centered-beasts caring about no other brother on the road. The more
this applies to people across China. Asians have yet to learn true civic -
mindedness which Europeans and Australians have already mastered to a higher
degree .

Almost everything of human value is gone by now,

People have become more money -greedy than ever before,
People are backstabbing each other for a meager advantage and pay-off ,
People are jealous for very little reason,
The Money-God has regained his full grip on population and civilisation at large
and worldwide,
The White Dove is flying off , and the New World Order shows its presence.
People have become their own wolves, people have become the very slaves of
labor which is supposed to serve humankind and never dominate them.
No more heart and soul feelings,

No more compassion and humanity among people,
No more togetherness and cooperation,
No more brotherhood of love and honesty,
No more ǲword of honourǳ and reliability,
No more knighthood of virtue among humans.
Has all of this gone down the drain ?

Most of the people seem to have lost their proper minds , their very
consciousness.
Where has it all gone to ? When will there be any change to the better ?
Fact is fact, and questionning won´t change the facts and situations.
The great change shall come and must come, no matter how this will actually
happen, or this world, planet earth, may decide to finally get rid off humans , once
and for all.
Yet no, so many civilisations h ave come and gone on this planet, so many
creations have been tried out - trial and error, success or failure - it doesn´t
actually matter.
Humans are an imperfect creation - we know this, and the GODs know this - yet
the greatest question is raised as - have there ever been any perfect creations in
the universe ever, or did all of the creations just serve the mere purpose of
genetical engineering trial and error - a so-called ǲplanet-wide-lab-test ǲ ?

I guess rather sooner than later, our earth history has to be rewritten, and the
real truth will eventually surface.
Our financial system is dictating us worldwide, the world banks show their
infiltration into every aspect of intimate human life, show their very controlling
nature. No business activities can be enfolded without investing money, without
bank credits . As you can see for yourself, my dear reader, life on earth is no
more free, but very well Ȃ controlled by many institutions of your lives. Live with
it, or die with it.
Power of change is in the eye of the individual human being, and is very forceful
in a collective voice.
Sooner or later, the individual human being has to take responsibility and develop
the initiative to foster the great change in this world. Needless to say, this will be
a bottom-up-revolution toward freedom of humans on earth.
Greater has the challenge never been but now, for all humans, to get their act
together, to work toward fulfillment of their dreams, of what they really want to
do in their lifes, to change and to find their very true nature, their very self -
esteem, self-recognition and master and overcome their self -pitty eventually.

Ich erkläre hiermit daß ich sämtliche inspirativen Texte and econo -
philosophisch-poetische Niederschriften meines obigen Buchwerks vollständig
selbständig, ohne fremde Hilfe und ohne Querreferenzen zu irgendwelchen
anderen literarischen Quellen verfaßt habe. Es war einzig und alleinig die
Mutter Natur, deren Äliebevollen³ Energien, welche mich zu tieferer inspirativer
Arbeit angeregt haben. Insofern bedarf es wohl keiner weiteren Angaben von
Quellen literarischer Bücher oder Internetseiten. Sämtliche Photographien in
diesem Buch stammen aus meiner persönlichen Sammlung, nachdem ich als
Photograph in den vergangenen 15 Jahren meines globalen Lebens
ausreichend Gelegenheit hatte, reichlich zu photographieren .
