ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Training has an important role in exposing the real life situation in an

industry. It was a great experience for me to work on training at Northern
Coalfield Limited Nigahi, Project through which I could learn how to work
in a professional environment.

Now, I would like to thank the people who guided me and have been a
constant source of inspiration throughout the tenure of my summer training .

I Sincerely thank to The General Manager, Nigahi Electricity Supply authority,

Junior Engineer (Training),Substation Officer & Training Coordinator.

Who accepted my request for training without any hesitation and patiently
answering my all queries for providing clarity to my cluttered thought. They
were instrumental in providing us good accommodation as well as very
successful training at NCL Nigahi Coal Sub-station.

Last but not the least I am extremely grateful to all the engineer and staff
members of Nigahi Substation 33/6.6KV who could find time in spite of their
busy schedule.
