2014-2015

Graduate Report
Fanshawe College graduates are successful in finding employment within six months of graduating.
Fanshawes KPI Graduate Employment rate is 88%, which is once again above the provincial average of 84%.

Key Performance Indicators

The Key Performance Indicators (KPI), which measure the performance of all Ontarios publicly funded colleges of
applied arts and technology, summarizes the employment experience of our 2014/2015 graduates. This includes
graduates from August and December 2014 and April 2015 who were surveyed approximately six months after
graduation. A third-party research firm gathers the data, tabulates it and reports its findings. A major component
of KPI is the surveying of college graduates to determine their employment status, earnings, occupation and the
relationship of the graduates occupation to their program of training.

For more information, visit fanshawec.ca/kpi or collegesontario.org. You can obtain further assistance by contacting
Career Services at 519-452-4294 or by visiting fanshawec.ca/careerservices.
