reajustando se necessrio.

El juego entre el pion de mando y

Gear Backlash Adjustment
The backlash between the balancer drive
gear and the crankshaft ring gear must
be from 0.08 to 0.18 mm.
If necessary, adjust with shims of
0,10 mm thickness under the
balancer base.
Then, check and adjust the parallelism
again if necessary.

1. Soltar a porca de fixao e remover
a engrenagem da bomba injetora.

3. Aplicar presin de aire
comprimido o combustible
( 10 bar) en la salida de
combustible, que corresponde al
1o. cilindro (lado volante). Girar
livianamente con la mano el eje
de la bomba de inyeccin para el
sentido horario, hasta el
trabamiento.
4. Soltar el tornillo-traba en la
bomba y mover la arandela al
agujero mayor y apretar
nuevamente para trabar el eje
(aprieto 14 Nm);

3. Apply compressed air or fuel
( 10 bar) in the fuel outlet, wich
corresponds the 1 st . cylinder
(flywheel side). Turn the injection
pump axle with the hand clockwise,
until the locking;
4. Loosen the locking bolt in the pump
and move the spring to the bigger
hole and tighten to lock the axle
again (tightening torque 14 Nm);

5. Instalar a bomba ao motor,
centralizar e aplicar torque.
Posicionar o motor com os graus
especificado conforme valores na
plaqueta do motor.
6. Destravar a bomba injetora
soltando o parafuso, deslocando
a arruela para o furo menor e
aplicar torque de 25 Nm;
ATENO:
NUNCA ESQUECER DE DESTRAVAR
A BOMBA INJETORA APS AJUSTE,
CASO CONTRARIO ACARRETAR
SRIOS DANOS NA BOMBA.

5. Instalar la bomba al motor,
centralizar y apretar conforme
especificado. Posicionar el motor
con los grados especificados
conforme valores en la plaqueta
del motor;
6. Destrabar la bomba de inyeccin
soltando los tornillos, desplazando
la arandela para el agujero menor
y apretar con 25 Nm;
ATENCIN:
NUNCA OLVIDAR DE DESTRABAR LA
BOMBA DE INYECCIN DESPUS
DEL AJUSTE, DE OTRA MANERA,
PROVOCAR SEVEROS DAOS EN
LA BOMBA.

5. Install the pump in the engine,
centralize and apply torque.
Position the engine with the
specified grades according values
on the engine identification plate;
6. Unlock the injection pump loosing
the bolt, removing the spring to the
smaller hole and apply torque of 25
Nm;
ATTENTION:
NEVER FORGET TO UNLOCK THE
PUMP AFTER ADJUST. OTHERWISE,
IT MUST CAUSE SEVERAL DAMAGES
IN THE PUMP.

Funcionar o motor 30 minutos no
mnimo. Esfri-lo temperatura
ambiente. Reapertar um parafuso de
cada vez:
Soltar 1/4 de volta no parafuso 1;
Apert-lo numa nica aplicaao para
20 a 21 mkgf;
Repetir o procedimento com os
parafusos 2, 3 e 4, na sequncia da
figura.
Funcionar el motor 30 minutos como
mnimo. Enfriarlo a la temperatura
ambiente. Reapretar un perno por vez;
Aflojar el perno 1, 1/4 de vuelta ;
Apretarlo de una sola vez hasta 20 a
21 mkgf;
Repetir el procedimiento con los
pernos 2, 3 y 4, en la secuencia que
muestra la figura.
Start the engine and keep it running
for, at least, 30 minutes. Let it cool to
room temperature. Re-torque the
capscrews as follows:
Loosen the first cpsc 1/4 turn;
Tighten it in only one-step to
20 - 21 mkgf (145-152 ft-lb)
Repeat this procedure with the cpscs
numbers 2, 3 and 4 as shown.
