Hyderabad February 13, 2017 Intense Technologies announces its financial results for the quarter and nine
months ended December 31, 2016.

Q3 & 9M FY17 Performance

During Q3 FY17, Intense delivered marked improvement in key financial parameters along expected
lines. Total Revenues in Q3 FY17 showed 24.51% growth to Rs. 2,147.39 lakh on Y-o-Y basis given
increased contribution from existing customers, implementation of newly awarded contracts and healthy
uptick in services. For 9M FY17, total revenues significantly grew by 77.36% to Rs. 5,376.11 lakh.

Operating leverage benefits resulted in robust gains at EBITDA level, with profits standing at Rs. 972.92
lakh in Q3 FY17, up 38.79% Y-o-Y. There was a corresponding growth in PAT at Rs. 375.38 lakh
translating into an EPS of Rs. 1.73. For 9M FY17, the Companys EBITDA stood at Rs. 1,874.04 lakh.
PAT grew to Rs. 1,112.60 lakh translating into an EPS of Rs. 5.13.

CY2016 highlighted many a performance accomplishments of the Company, demonstrating the quality
and robustness of the growth strategy. During the quarter, the Company made further inroads into the
high-potential markets of Europe through a Tier-1 leading telecom operator. This strategic breakthrough
in addition to a string of achievements including the multi-year landmark deal of $25 million with a
leading communication service provider in India, establishing presence in North America through a large
telecom service provider and digitizing various aspects of customer centric processes for the worlds
largest start-up underlines UniServe platforms leadership position across verticals.

Enhanced revenue profile through SAAS (software as a service) model and CTN-based model further
brings visibility to business. Continuous emphasis on building reach across sector domains and markets
