1. Teacher asks the pupils about their previous knowledge.

2. Pupils recall the lesson that they have learnt.
3. Teacher pastes a few phrase strips on the board. Then, teacher asks the
pupils to read the phrase strips as a whole

and 5 phrase strips.
2. The pupils will have to match the pictures to the phrase strips.
3. The group that finish early will then paste their task on the board.

and circle the answer.
6. Distributes the word find task sheets to each pupil.

1. If the pupils make a lot of noise, teacher will get their attention by clapping her/his hands
and say class, class.
Managing Errors and Mistakes :
1. If pupils pronounce the word incorrect, ask them to stop. Get the good pupil to pronounce
the word before getting the rest to follow.
2. If pupils response in their mother tongue, acknowledge their answer by saying correct
and repeat the response in English.

1. Praise pupils when they answer the questions correctly by giving them smiley.
