Course Duration In hours or weeks, as appropriate.

Course Title: Should de descriptive but brief.

Size of trainee group: State the number of trainees that can simultaneously follow the course
with the material and equipment specified. Indicate whether the training
is group-paced or self-paced by checking the appropriate box.

Specification of Material and Put the facilities and equipment required for course delivery in the
Equipment: specified section (e.g. computer, data projector, whiteboard, classroom
(size), laboratory, etc. Then, specify all the material required by the
instructor in order to deliver the course (reference documents, Module
Plans, hard copies of A/V material, etc.). For each item, indicate the
required quantity. For all printed material, indicate the number of pages.
Likewise, indicate all the material that will be given to the trainee (e.g.
handouts, exercises, progress/mastery tests, etc.). Give references (e.g.
15 Handouts HO.1.1 10.4). This information is important for the
reproduction of training material before the course begins.
