13 One Time special Benefits

Terms and Conditions:

1..The monthly rental/minimum billing amount is exclusive of the applicable taxes.
2. The Postpaid subscribers opting for the Auto-debit option using credit/debit cards/online transfer to pay their monthly mobile phone bill and opting for e-bill will be accorded
an additional 15% discount on the bill value. The discount amount will be credited to their account post bill payment on monthly basis.
3. Data charges will be applicable for video calls.
4. The 4G LTE data charges beyond the plan benefits with be on 10 KB pulse and the usage will be rounded up to the next higher pulse for data usage.
Wi-Fi data benefits in the STVs pertain to Wi-Fi data availed in the Public Wi-Fi hotspots of RJIL. Post expiry of the plan allocation, WiFi data will be charged at Rs.50/GB

5. The unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the end of bill cycle.
6. The Postpaid tariff plans can be availed only by customers possessing a LTE compatible handset.
7. In case of non-usage (no voice/video/data calls, outgoing SMS, usage of Value Added Services or payment of rental for Postpaid) for a continuous period of 90 days or more,
the services to the mobile number will be deactivated at the discretion of RJIL. The subscribers can opt for the safe custody scheme in case of continued non-usage of a mobile
number by paying Rs 150 for every three months or part thereof.
8. 25% additional 4G LTE & WiFi data benefits will be provided to students on providing a valid identity card.
9. The subscribers can start enrolling for the above Plans with effect from 5th September 2016.
