Master Graduate, What for?

Several days ago, I had an interactive discussion with one of ITB lecturer during our bussines
trip to Jakarta. We talked much about taking a master gradute in Indonesia or even in foreign
country. Before we bring our topic to the master graduate, let me talk a little about Indonesia
Industry development first.
Indonesia is the one of the most populated country in the world that currently in 4 position
that have about 250 million people. Indonesia has already declare his independece since 18 th
august 1945, it 3 days after South Korea independece that hold in 15th august 1945. But
nowadays we can compare Indonesia and South Korea that have a big difference in the
development. South Korea is not an development country as Indonesia today. Korea have
