today,butonamuch,muchlargerscale.Aprocesshasbeencatalyzed,buttowhatend?Letsturnaway
fromthecommotionofexternaleventsandenterthequietcenterofoursituation.Letsrevisittheideas
heldinmindatourbeginningssowecanreestablishourdirectionandfulfillourdestiny.

HowWeBeganIt

Weliveinaunionofsovereignnationstates,bornwhenthirteennewcoloniesgatheredtocreatea
sanctuaryoffreedom,basedonrespectfordivinelybestowedfreewill,nottobetamperedwithnor
infringedon,safefromtheoppressionoftyranny,wherethepeoplecouldbehappyandthrive.A
sanctuaryoffreedom.Ahappypeople.Thisiswhattheywanted.

Whydontwehavethisyetandwhatwouldmakeitpossible?Afewhistoricalandphilosophical
essentialswillclarifyand,bythepowerofourwillingness,facilitatethedeliveryofourdestinywhichhas
beenonholdforaverylongtime.Americahadbeenstuckinthebirthcanal.

Thefirstthingtodoistodefinewhoandwhatwearetalkingabout.

Theoriginalnameofthisgatheringofcolonies,aspertheDeclarationofIndependence,is:theStatesof
America.Thewordunitedappearsonthedocumentbeforethenameinlowercaselettersasan
adjective,andisnotpartofthepropername:theunitedStatesofAmerica.Thecoloniessaw
themselves,correctly,asindividual,sovereignstatesofbeingcomprisedofsovereignindividuals.

Thosethirteenwereseparatenationstates,atermstillusedtomeancountry,thatjoinedtogetherfor
mutualbenefitasaconfederation.Now,wehavefiftyindividual,sovereigncountrieswhicharestill
bandedtogetherinaconfederation.So,theunitedStatesarenotactuallyacountry.Thisisthebasisof
anunderstandingofsovereignty:eachofusnativeswasbornanAmericanstatenational(thecorrect
legalterm)inthenationstateofourbirth.IfyouwereborninConnecticut,thatisthenationofyour
birth.Itislikebeingpartofatribe,say,theSiouxNation.Thereasonforthisclarificationissimple:in
ordertohaveourfreewillrespectedwemustrememberthatwe,thepeople,areinchargeassovereign
individualsoversovereignstatesoverasovereignconfederacy,notagovernmentasacountryover
states,overthepeople,aswehavenow.Whatwehavenowisanupsidedownpyramid.

ThisconfederationchosetouseaRepublicformofgovernment,notademocracy.Oneofourbiggest
misconceptionsisthatweinsistonbelievingwehaveademocracy.Somehow,thatwordhasbecomea
synonymforequalityandanenlightened,freestate.Thefoundersdidnotwantademocracy.AsJudge
AnnavonReitzsuccinctlyexpressed:

DemocracyisinfactanotherwordforMobRuleif51outofa100ofyourneighborswanttoeatyou
forbreakfast,theycan.(1)

ThecitystateWashington,DistrictofColumbia,isademocracy,butitisnotpartoftheconfederation.It
isaforeignentity,withitsownconstitutionandlaws,liketheCityofLondon,orVaticanCity.Itsoriginal
purposewasnevertoactasthedeterminingbodyforwhatwentonintheStates,butsimplytobeahub
ofcommunicationthruwhichtheStatescouldfunction.Becauseofthestupendousfraudcommittedby
asmallgroupofverypowerfulbusinesspeople,wearetotallyconfusedaboutthedetailsofthisanddo
notrememberournaturalplaceintheorder.AndasThomasPainesaid:

ManyareclamoringforthereturnoftheRepublic.Wecannothavebotharepublicandademocracy.
Thisiswhythefounderswantedthevariousgroupsofinhabitantsto(s)electthewisesttorepresent
them.Thewisestweretomakedecisionsinthehighestgoodofthepeoplebecausethefounders

Andwhatruleoflawwerethosepeopledisposedtouse?

TheoriginalguidingdocumentfortheStates,whichhasneverbeenrepealed,cametogetherin1781
andwascalledTheArticlesofConfederation,TheArticlesforshort.(ThefamousConstitution,
aroundwhichthereisMUCHheateddiscussion,wasnotwhatthemembersofCongresshadgatheredto
createin1789.TheirspecificintentionwastocomboutTheArticles,tofinetuneandfinishit.Butthis
planwentawry.ThisisaneglectedfactinAmericanhistory;thecreationoftheConstitutionseemsto
havebeenaneventbornofdeviousmachinations.AccordingtoNathanGriffith,anassociateprofessor
ofpoliticalscienceatBelmontUniversity:Theyweresupposedtomeettomakeamendmentstothe
ArticlesofConfederationbutendedupwithawholenewformofgovernment.Notjustanew

Before1938,whencoloroflaw,meaningthepresent,fraudulent,statutoryregulation,commercial
lawsystemwasinstituted,westillusedCommonLawandwerestillconsideredsovereigns.Withouta
largediscourseonhowwegotlostfromthetimeofthesocalledCivilWar,forwhichIreferyouagainto

ofAbeLincoln(notwhatheappearedtobe)(3)to1938andFranklinRoosevelt(whobankruptedthe

After38,CommonLawwasignoredinfavorofstatutoryregulations,andrealpeoplebecamecorporate
fictions,ghostsonpaper,thepropertyofthestate,thechattelofacommerciallawbasedcourtsystem
whichfounditinconvenienttorememberwhatsovereigntyis,andwehadtostartbuyingprivileges
fromagovernmentcorporation,insteadofbeingrespectedforhavingautomatic,natural,unalienable
rights.Itwasatthispointthatoursocietyfullyshiftedfrombeingresponsibilityorientedtobeingblame
oriented.

Andthatshow,andwhy,wegottowherewearenow.Itwasapsychospiritualshiftinwhichwehad
progressivelyrelinquishedourfreewill,withthehelpofafewpsychopathswhowantedtotakeoverthe
world.Thecountrywasfinanciallybankruptbecausewewerespirituallybankrupt.Nointegrity=noself
worth=novalue=nogold.

Commonlaw,inshort,meansthis:Ifthereisnoharm,thereisnocrime.

Period.

Thatsourreallawbecauseitemulatesdivinelaw.

Wearefreetodoanythingwewantaslongaswhatwearedoingisnotactually,inreality,causing
harm.Notmadeupharm,notpotentialharm.Infactharm.Thisisorganic,spirituallaw,notopento
interpretation.Not,freetodowhatyouwant,aslongasyoudontupsetme.Not,freetodowhat
youwant,aslongasyoudont,undercertaincircumstancesIcanteventhinkofrightnow,harmme.It
isunstipulated,uninfringeduponfreedom.IfItakemyshirtoffinpublicandsomeonefreaksout,Ihave
notcommittedacrime.Iftheyforcemetoputmyshirtbackonbecausetheydontlikethefeelingsthey
arehaving,theyhavecommittedacrime.

Today,wehavealmosttotallyconditionedoutofourselvestheunderstandingthatwearefree,by
nature.Wenowhave,astherule,exactlytheoppositeofwhatthefoundersofourconfederationhadin
mindwhentheycreatedit.Whatwehaveis,infact,exactlywhatTheStateswascreatedtoprevent
happening:apolicedstate,rulebyforce,oppression.Wehavelawenforcementofficerstostopus
frombreakinglawsdesignedalmostexclusivelytopreemptimaginedharm,insteadofpeacekeepers
whosejobistoprotectsovereignsfrominfringement.

Thedifferenceinsystemsisthatthefirstisthestateofavictim,basedonparanoia,irresponsibility,and
lackoftrustinthedivineplan,andassuchisactuallyadelusionalstateinwhichoneimaginesharmthat
isnotreallyhappening.Thesecondisthestateofacreator,basedonconfidence,selfresponsibilityand
trustintheinnategoodnessofhumannature,whichwasthefoundationalthinkingofthosewhocreated

Earth,whilesimultaneouslyhavingalargerpercentageofitspopulationinjailthananyplaceelse.Our

Hereistheone,true,overarching,fundamental,guidingprinciple,thespirituallaw:

Thoushaltnotinfringeonthefreewillofanother.

Dontdotootherswhatyoudontwantthemtodotoyoucoversallpossible,actualcrimes.

Freewillistotalfreedomasaspiritualtruth,unalienable.Anditisanawarenessofoneselfin
relationshipwithotherselves,andtheUniverse,anditsupersedesanyhumanlaws.Ifyouare
consideringdoingsomethinganditviolatestheguidingprinciple,thenyouareabouttocommita
transgression.Weshouldntneedagovernmenttomakesurethisisrespected;itisourresponsibilityto
betruetoournature,andaslongaswearewillingtopayattention,everyoneknowsthedifference
betweenrightandwrong.Itisforthisreasonthatwemustultimatelyconcludethat,wheninourright
minds,operatingfromourtruenature,weneednogovernmentatall.

Theguidingprinciplereflectsthepurposethedivinehasforus:apeaceful,healthysocietywithflexible
guidelines,basedonopencommunication,whichmakesgoodfaithagreements(notcontractswhich
bind,andthereforeareaformofslaveryandanexpression,literally,ofblackmagic).Ahealthysocietyis
aculturethatdoesnothaveanartificial,coercive,retributivejusticebasedlegalstructuregenerated
fromfearthattriestocontrolbehaviorthroughtheuseofpreemptivestrikes.

Allowingeachothercompletefreedompresentsthegreatestchallengefortheego,becausethenweare
forcedtotakeresponsibilityforourlivesratherthanblameothersforwhatweareexperiencing.Ifwe
reallyintendtocallourselvessovereignbeingscreatingourownreality,wewillhavetoletgoentirelyof
scapegoating.Thisisthewholepointofournewage:wecomebackintounityandpeacefullcoexistence
byforsakingdualityandseparationinwhichweattackeachother.Peaceoutsidecomesfrompeace
inside.

AndthisiswhyAmericahasyettoescapethewomb:thecolonistswerenotspirituallymatureenough
tomatchthevisionarylevelofthefounders,sotheycouldntactastruesovereigns;sovereigntyhasto
bemaintained.Fromthattime,selfrule,andthus,CommonLaw,freedom,andwiththemtheeconomy,
haderodedtosuchapointthatbytheearly1900sAmericanswerescreamingtothegovernmenttobe
saved.ThisiswhatcausedtherapaciousFederalReserveBanktocometopower.Americansactually

HowWeGetItBack

So,forthosewhosaytheywanttoreturntotheRepublic,butwantlawstostopothersfromsmoking
cannabisbecausetheymightdrivecrazyandhitthem,(oranyothermadeup,paranoidnonsense)Isay:
Dotheinnerworkandgetoverit,becausewehavenorighttocontrolthebehaviorofanyonebut
ourselves!Tryingtocontrolothersbehavioriscowardly,warlikeandirresponsible,andisnotthe
behaviorofasovereigncreatorwhotruststhemselfortheirdivineSource.Itsjustplainnotloving.

IfwethinktherecanbealastingGlobalCurrencyResetandareturntothefreedomoftheoriginal
RepublicwithoutaspiritualawakeningthatwouldreturnustoCommonLawandthetotalrespect(and
enjoyment!)ofeveryonessovereignty,wearedeludingourselves.Itisimpossibletohaveanexternal
resetwithouthavinganinternalonefirstbecauseitwouldhavenofoundation,noroottosecureits

Onefinalsacredcowtoslaughter:TheStatesofAmericaarenotonlynotacountry,theyarenota
Christiancountry.Nothingcouldbefurtherfromthetruth.Weareanondenominational,neutralentity,
meanttobeahavenfortheexpressionoffreethoughtandthepracticeofanyreligiousorspiritual
system.Weusedtobefondofsayingthatwehaveaseparationofchurchandstatehere,didntwe?

Remember,thosewhostartedthisplacewerenotChristians.Infact,some,likeThomasJeffersonand
ThomasPaine,werequiteoutspokenabouthowdestructiveChristianthinkingcanbe.Theywere,in

controlisgoingtostopusintheactofdrivingbecausewearegoingfivemilesanhourfasterthanthey
thinkweshould?Canweimaginefeelingsecureknowingthatnomisguidedfellowhumansomewhereis
goingtotakeourmoneyfromourbankaccountandgiveittoacriminalorganization,andthentellus
thatwearethecriminals?

Canwesuspendournormalthinkingnowtoimaginewhatitwouldfeelliketobesafeinthisworld?
