2015 Paid Time-Off at a Glance

Paid Time-Off
Employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for paid time-off (PTO). PTO
includes vacation, sick, and personal time and may be used after 90 days of continuous service. PTO for an employees
first year of service is prorated based on the month of hire.

PTO for Full-Time Employees Who Work 40 Hours Per Week

General Holiday Information


>> Employees are eligible for holiday pay if they were ordinarily scheduled to work on the day of the holiday. The employee
must have worked the day before and the day after the holiday to earn holiday pay.
>> Part-time employees are eligible for holiday pay provided that they would ordinarily have been scheduled to work on the
day of the holiday.
>> Holidays are not paid out during a leave of absence or upon termination of employment.

Appreciation Day
The company provides each employee with one paid day off to pursue relaxing and rejuvenating personal activities. Employees are
eligible after one year of continuous service.
