Dearest IBUILD, the recent 1st WB Mission revealed that a lot improvement
is needed in our team to cope up with the demands of quality monitoring
and supervision when we will be doing field work. The all concreting
policy of the department under the current administration exposed us to
the concrete technology in road construction, a 100% turnaround from
what we are used to do all weather gravel road hence concrete is a
priority topic. Starting this 7th IBUILD Coordination Meeting and onwards, a
technical session will be included as a venue for growth especially to
those supervision teams at the regional level. The following questions
relate to concrete technology, please answer humbly and later you can
convert this as a checklist for our supervision team to utilize in the field.
