The results for this evaluation were concluded from a survey

that we administered both online and in person from
October 24th 2016 until November 11th 2016. Prior to this
survey, staff were informed of the upcoming process and
provided advice to yielding a maximum survey participant
count. Furthermore, flyers were posted at all centers
partaking in the FRP evaluations to notify the participants of
what the FRP survey is, when the surveys will be
administered and why it is important. During the evaluation
time frame, it was requested that all program participants, at
every Burlington Ontario Early Years Center (OEYC)
programs complete a survey either in person, or online.
There was also a similar styled survey, with changed
questions administered to all staff and volunteers of the
Burlington OEYCs. Once the assessment period had
commenced, the surveys were inputted to the e-valuation
system for analysis. Today I spent my time reading through
the data and working on a reports about the findings.
