Overall Information

BCT Limited is an international company founded in East London, Cape Province,

South Africa. Our company headquartered in South Africa and United Kingdom that focus on
sales product in convenience stores, services as restaurant, and also running a sheep farm.
First, we built a store and restaurant in Cape Province, South Africa. When the profit in South
Africa seems stable, our company were also established in England, United Kingdom to
expand and find more different specialization of consumers. All of the subdivisions began
operating under the name BCT. We are currently expanded widely in South Africa and
United Kingdom.

OUR SUBDIVISIONS
Our company has 11 subdivisions, all are located in Cape Provinces, Africa and
England, United Kingdom. Our subdivisions include 2 offices which are located in East
London and Sheffield. Now, we have 2 stores, 4 restaurants, 1 farm, and 2 factories. We
are planning to expand more in other countries soon and also open more subdivisions.
The data and graph below will illustrate all of our subdivisions and the amount of
revenues earned by each subdivision.

Our new factories

We decide to open 2 factories at the end of quarter 4 to reduct our cost in
producing process. It is known that we already have a sheep farm which produce a
plenty of wools. Therefore, we decide to open BCT mill which is wool fabric mill. This
factory is going to use our wools product from our farm in the producing process.
Moreover, we have opened BCT factory; the jackets factory, this factory will produce
jackets that use the wool product from our mill. After that, we will bring our jackets to
sell in our store which are BCT UK and BCT Shop.

BCT London Bar - BCT London Bar is the pancake house located in trendy neighborhood area in
London, England, United Kingdom. It is one of the subdivision that made revenues and profits in our
company. This enterprise never gave us any loss. This restaurant was established in quarter 2. We look
forward to develop our service level and advertise to increase the amount of customers. We finally could
reach more than $33,000 for the 3rd quarter and continue at the exactly same amount of profit in quarter 4

BCT Restaurant BCT restaurant is one of the cheese bar which is also located in trendy
neighborhood area in Birmingham, England, United Kingdom. This is one of the subdivision that made
plenty of profits and revenues because of high prices, but an expenses is also high too. People are full of
education and they want a high quality of goods. The prices are very expensive but this can make a good
revenue. We can reach it up to $40,000 in even though sometimes the expenses is very high. In quarter 3,
the profits slightly decreased due to a great deal of expenses. Therefore, we decide to decrease amount of
supplies and the advertising expenses in quarter 4. Consequently, at the end of quarter 4 we earned up to
$200,000 for profits

BCT CAF BCT CAFEh is an ice cream parlor located in trendy neighborhood area in Cape Town,
Cape Provinces, South Africa. It is one of the subdivision that made revenues and profits in our company.
This restaurant was established since quarter 1. At first, we got losses in the 1st quarter. However, after that
we earn the gradually increasing profits. We are looking forward to increase the price to rise the amount of
profits.

BCT Shop BCT Shop is one of our enterprises that made revenues and profits in our company in
3rd quarter which located at Cape Town, Cape Provinces, South Africa. It was our first enterprise after our
company founded. At first, our company lost in spite of the fact that we established this enterprise we did
not have any experience about administrate. After that, the expenses still increased, so we did not earn any
profit in quarter1 and quarter 2. However, in quarter3 the revenues and profits rose up dramatically. This
made BCT Shop be the subdivision that made highest revenues and profits in our company at the end of
quarter3. In 4th quarter, the profits is also growing up continuously, this subdivision can considered as one
of our most profitable subdivisions.

As the data suggested, BCT London Bar at London, BCT Restaurant at Birmingham, BCT cafe at
Cape Town, and also BCT Shop are some of the enterprises that earn the profits. In quarter 4, most of
our subdivisions except our 2 factories which we just opened in the end of quarter 4 because they
cannot make profits yet. The data which we were recorded demonstrates that our company revenues
is much higher than the expenses, especially in the 2nd quarter.
