We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the
rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal
candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated
and trustworthy.
The office administrator ensures smooth running of our companys offices and contributes in driving
sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company

Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing
reports.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account
information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and
loss statement, and other reports.

Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and
regulations.
Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new
legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
and trends.
1) Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other
financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and
procedural standards.
2) Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment,
reporting and other tax requirements.
6) Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare
budgeted costs to actual costs.
8) Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their
work activities.
11) Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the
assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
12) Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses and individuals.
13) Advise clients in areas such as compensation, employee health care benefits, the design
of accounting and data processing systems, and long-range tax and estate plans.
14) Investigate bankruptcies and other complex financial transactions and prepare reports
summarizing the findings.
15) Represent clients before taxing authorities and provide support during litigation involving
financial issues.
16) Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information
such as the property's description, value, and location.
Supports accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; running software programs.

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Accounting clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial
tasks.
Accounting clerk responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and
reconciling bank statements. You will also run accounting software programs (e.g. SAP) to process
business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and
receipts. A successful accounting clerk should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair
for numbers.
Ultimately, a successful Accounting clerk will ensure that the companys daily accounting functions run
accurately and effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

Requirements
Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable
clerk
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Data entry and word processing skills
Well organized
High school degree
Associates degree or relevant certification is a plus
