Summary
A. What leadership experiences were especially successful for the student this semester?
Ashley has taken on leadership roles with our building PBIS team and has recently been working to push herself in the role
as a leader of change. Ashley has been a bit of a pioneer for a collaborative teaching model and has been modeling
effective co-teaching as well as conducting a survey and inquiring as to how we can capitalize on our current co-teaching
model. Ashley has shown great initiative with this work and is proving herself to be a true teacher leader.
B. What leadership experiences failed to meet expectations for the student this semester?
None Anywhere marked LD on this form would only be due to the limited amount of exposure for Ashley
C. What has been the main focus or topic of reflections and conversations with the student this semester?
The main focus has been on different opportunities and areas that Ashley might be able to expand her understanding of
different building leadership roles. At this point in the program we have worked to identify areas that Ashley is already
strong and areas that she would benefit from more experiences- we then focus on opportunities to expose Ashley to new
and challenging experiences in leadership.
