To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Miss Jessica Bangert for a teaching
position in your school. Miss Bangert was a student of mine at the University of
Missouri-Columbia this past fall and is also currently completing her student
teaching in our district. Miss Bangert is a hardworking, thoughtful educator who
clearly loves children and learning. She is a top-notch student and she is prepared
to lead her own classroom.

In the time that I have worked with Miss Bangert, she has demonstrated a strong
understanding of best practices and a love for all students. She is flexible, willing to
take on tough tasks, and thoughtful in her approaches to teaching. Miss Bangert
did an outstanding job, filling in at the last minute for a teacher on medical leave.
She was the first person we considered for such a task and she fulfilled the role with
ease. What stands out about Miss Bangert is her work ethic and her understanding
of best practices. She works extremely hard, always expects the best of herself,
and clearly knows what works best for her students.

In my opinion, Miss Bangert is ready for this next step in her education. She has
worked hard to build her pedagogical knowledge and has had many varied
experiences in the classroom. She is passionate about teaching and about children.
I see a bright future ahead for Miss Bangert. She is going to be an asset to any
school and I highly recommend you consider her for yours. Miss Bangert will be
loved by her students and her colleagues.

I have enjoyed working with Miss Bangert and watching her grow as an educator. I
wish Miss Bangert well as she seeks to extend her experiences. Please feel free to
contact me if I may provide any more information on behalf of Miss Bangert.

Sincerely,

Megan C. Stryjewski
