COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT

I, VEE ROSE RAYOS, of legal age, widowed, Filipino, with

residence at Brgy. Lapsing, Camiling, Tarlac, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say
that:

1. I am filing a formal complaint for Unjust Vexation, Oral

Defamation, and/or Threats against CRISTINA DUEG,
of legal age, single and a resident of Baltazar St.
Camiling, Tarlac;

2. On January 1, 2016 at or about 10 oclock in the

morning, I was cleaning our bathroom when CRISTINA
DUEG suddenly appeared scandalizing and disturbing
my place;

3. Upon her arrival, she kicked the labahan inside my

house while screaming and pointing a finger at me.
While she was screaming and pointing fingers at me, I
told her to leave or else I will call the police and file a
complaint against her;

4. CRISTINA DUEG however was not afraid of what I said

and in response she stated that Sige idemanda mo ako
at tumawag ka ng Pulis;
5. During the commotion, the boyfriend of CRISTINA
DUEG went inside and tried to pacify her by bringing
her out of the house;

6. While her boyfriend was trying to pacify her, CRISTINA

DUEG continued to make a scene and was trying to free
herself and move towards my direction as if she will hit
me;

7. CRISTINA DUEG then was able to free herself from her

boyfriends hold and she went straight to Rosalie Joven
who was also inside my house;

8. When CRISTINA DUEG reached Rosalie Joven, she

slapped her and shout invectives at her. She stated
PUTANGINA KA SALLY, POKPOK KA! while referring to
Rosalie Emerson;

9. After CRISTINA DUEG said this, she went out of the

main door and was threatening to throw rocks at us as
she stated PUTANGINA NYO BABATUHIN KO KAYO!;

10. CRISTINA DUEG continued to make a scene in my

place until she was able to get out of the gates of my
place. She threw the gate open and it almost hit me as I
was accompanying her out of my place;

11. When CRISTINA DUEG got out of the gate, she

continously shouted and screamed and again said
POKPOK KA SALLY!. After she stated this, MORGAN
LIMOS pointed a finger at me and said IKAW POKPOK
KA DIN!;
12. When CRISTINA DUEG and her boyfriend was about to
leave my place, she shouted PUTANGINA NYO
BABALIKAN AT PAPATAYIN KO KAYO!;

13. Because of what CRISTINA DUEG has done to me, my

morale was affected as she brought a scandalous
situation not only in my home and in my community.
Because of her actions, I suffered from mental anguish,
besmirched reputation and sleepless night as
CRISTINA DUEG shouted invectives at me and
threatened to kill me;

14. After the incident, went to the police station to report

the actions of CRISTINA DUEG. I was then endorsed to
the barangay captain of Brgy.Lapsing, Camiling, Tarlac.
A copy of the Endorsement issued by PO2 David Go is
hereto attached as Annex A and made an integral part
hereof;

15. Because of CRISTINA DUEGs actions, I was forced to

bring the matter before the Lupong Tagapayamapa of
our Barangay where we had our confrontation. The
Brgy. Captain of Barangay Lapsing then requested Brgy.
Captain Anna Ramos of Camiling, Tarlac to assist him in
locating CRISTINA DUEG. A copy of the request letter
issued by Brgy. Captain Renato S. De Mayo is hereto
attached as Annex B and made an integral part
hereof;

16. However, no settlement was reached in the Barangay

Level. In fact, during one of the confrontations in the
 barangay hall, CRISTINA DUEG admitted having
committed the acts complained of her. Copies of the
Brgy. Records where CRISTINA DUEG admitted having
committed wrong against me is hereto attached as
Annex C and series;

17. The Barangay Confrontation was unsuccessful due to

CRISTINA DUEGs refusal to rectify the damages that
she had made against me. As such, a Certificate to File
Action was issued in order for me to file a complaint
against CRISTINA DUEG who had done me wrong. A
copy of the Certificate to file Action is hereto attached
as Annex D and made an integral part hereof;

18. To support and attest to the truthfulness of the

allegations herein provided, Rosalie Emerson executed
an affidavit attesting to the facts herein stated. A copy
of the Affidavit executed by Sally is hereto attached as
Annex E and made an integral part hereof;

19. CRISTINA DUEG did not only disturb the peace and
trespassed my home but also degraded me by
making her way inside my house without my consent
and committing the acts complained above inside my
house to my damage and prejudice;

20. I am executing this affidavit to file a formal complaint

against CRISTINA DUEG.
