AGE CLASSES: 18 Thru 54, 55 Thru 64, and 65 and up. Division will be determined by the age of the youngest player on the team.
AWARDS: Certificate prizes to top teams in each age division gross and net. Hesler/Albert Trophy awarded to Overall Gross Winners. ! Cut & Send
To be eligible for overall gross, teams must compete from 18-54 division tees.
HANDICAPS: No Handicap restriction for entry. 90% of course handicap used. Handicaps must be issued by a USGA licensed club.
Handicaps must be current. No exceptions. Submitted handicaps will be checked before start of competition. Committee reserves the
right to adjust a players handicap based on information including, but not limited to previous years performance.
CONTESTANTS: (1) Member of an OGA Member Club with paid 2017 dues. (2) Non Members must be a resident of Ohio and pay
Non-Member entry fee. If one member of the team is a member of an OGA Member Club, member fee applies.
REGISTRATION: All teams are required to register at club Monday, August 28. A player may call the OGA to pre-register, if they are
unable to get to the course on Monday. If a team fails to register, their spot will be given to an alternate team.
PRACTICE: Monday, August 28. NO PRE-ARRANGED PRACTICE ROUNDS. Players must report to registration and then first tee to
arrange practice round. Players may arrange practice round pairings. All practice rounds start from first tee only. The first tee will close Two Man Best Ball
at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.

PAIRINGS: Pairings will be emailed to all contestants one week prior to event. All entries shall be deemed to be by invitation and are
subject to OGA Board acceptance. Committee will make all tournament pairings. Entries close August 18, 2017 4:00 PM
