Tobacco smoke is an enormously harmful to your


health. There is no safe way to smoke.

When you inhale smoke, youre taking in substances that


can damage your lungs. Over time, your lungs lose their
ability to filter harmful chemicals. Coughing cant clear out
the toxins sufficiently, so these toxins get trapped in the
lungs. Smokers have a higher risk of respiratory infections,
colds, and flu.

Dont puff your life away.


Dont let your future go up in smoke.
Dont smoke, there are cooler ways to
die.
Smoke can cause a slow and painful
death.
