Good day to you!

I wrote to report to you about the incident that happened yesterday (August 24, 2016)
involving Mr. Roderick Marantal and one of my contractual workers, in the person of Mr. Ernesto
Miranda.
In his narration, Mr. Miranda was performing his job at his workplace (he was assigned to
install plumbing fittings to the newly constructed chemical septic vault at the back of the
Pharma/Medtech building), when he saw Mr. Marantal approaching him and accusing him of
reporting bad things against him to Mr. Tubaran.
It was unfortunate that at that time (4:30 pm), nobody saw the incident since all the
faculty and staff are at the oval for the SIGLA festivities.
Mr. Miranda told me that Mr. Marantal punched him in the stomach twice and in his back
three times. He could not fight back since he was a skinny person. After that incident, Mr.
Miranda said he went back at the Shop. He did not know where Mr. Marantal went since he lost
consciousness for some time then.
Sir, I believe that Mr. Marantal must not be given access to the campus (Grade School,
High School and College). And I would like to retract my recommendation for Mr. Marantal to
work at the Grade School and High School (I made this recommendation in the hope that he will
not face Mr. Tubaran at the workplace).
I observe that he wants to get even with his co-workers, especially with the contractual
workers, because of what happened with him and his uncle.
