A Healthier Meal Wendy's


The most nutritious meal of the following restraunts is Wendy's. Wendy's had the
lowest amount of calories, total fat, and cholesterol. The least nutritious meal is from
Back Yard Burger. Back Yard Burger dominated other competitors in every category
except cholesterol. None of the food components exceed the DVR's
recommendations, however for this to be only one meal and a small meal it is
extremely high. It is recommended that every person have 3 meals a day, and for one
meal out of the day to be over 1,000 is very high. Though McDonalds didnt win most
nutrious, they had the fewest mg of sodium compared to other competitors. Too much
sodium can cause high blood pressure, and McDonalds is the best restraunt to
consider when sodium is a factor.
