A. Introduction
The 5S that can be applied to computers files and documents are the seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu
and shitsuke. These can also be applied on our daily chores at home, or in school activities, or

and consider the ergonomics while they are used it.
A. Introduction
Whenever using the different computer components and other parts we should remember the
following guidelines. 1) the viewing distance from the monitor should be2-2.5 feet from the eyes,
2) limit the use of computer use to a minimum of 2 hours, 3) seat and height posture should be
enough to have arms bent at 90 degrees, 4) there should be foot rest, 5) mouse should be small

D. Teachers Self-Reflection
To control hazards in the workplace, we can eliminate the hazard, or we can substitute hazardous
agent/material from another. We should also know whether there are health and safety
problems in the workplace.
