Subject: Requirement for Leave

Dear Mr. Panulin,

I would like to request for leave of absence from September 28, 2016 up to

November 9, 2016. The reason is that Im currently having my undergraduate

thesis and research paper for my major subjects and would like to prioritize it. It

would be for the benefit of the organization as I think it would be unwise to

handle the commission with me prioritizing my academics.
