Dear Mr. Shay,

As you know, I am an affiant and potential witness in the Martin v. Villa suit (No. 2015-C-406).

As I have brought to your attention in the past, particularly in my letter of Sep 12, 2016, your client Mr. Villa
launched a campaign of retaliatory abuses against my wife, our immediate and extended families, our
associates, and me upon learning of my affidavit during discovery. I also brought this to the attention of Judge
Braxton in late July.

Since Mr. Villas retaliatory abuses against me have continued unabated to the present, I will catalog them
below.

After you review your clients retaliatory actions and attempts at intimidation, I would like to pose the following
questions to you.

1. Are you explicitly counseling your client Mr. Villa to attempt to intimidate my wife, my family, and myself
with the abuses listed below as part of your legal strategy in this case?

2. Given that you have known of Mr. Villas abuses for some time, do you condone them? If so, have you
made it known to Mr. Villa that you condone them? If not, have you made it known to Mr. Villa that you
do not condone them?

3. As an officer of the court, do you believe Villas numerous attempts at intimidation against my wife, my
family, my associates, and me (particularly given that I am an affiant) are within the bounds of the law?

4. If you believe Mr. Villas abuses have been outside the bounds of law, what, specifically, do you, as an
officer of the court, believe to be your responsibility moving forward?

Given the urgency due to Mr. Villas increasing use of ominous references to violence coupled with his history
as a former long-time illegal drug abuser, I look forward to your prompt reply.

Now, let me catalog just a few of Mr. Villas more egregious abuses:

Example 1

In this example, Mr. Villa makes reference to violence and receives an offer from a complete stranger to me to
carry out that violence.

Bill Villa Yeah, and "family" member Jeffrey Anthony is a dirtbag affiant who has been enlisted by Team DA Jim
Martin/Sprague & Sprague to apparently run red herring interference, provoke, and criminally harass, which speaks volumes
about the "quality" of Martin's case and how desperately scared Martin is, that his only hope is me taking their bait and
punching my cousin Jeffrey Anthony's nose out through the back of his head so they can arrest & incarcerate me for
aggravated assault and everybody forgets all about DA Jim Martin's phony "defamation" (truth-muzzling) scheme. Sorry,
"guys," but this won't be happening. See you in pulverization court, Jim.

Example 2

On the heels of his success in causing a threat of violence to be made against me, Mr. Villa published on his
blog a photograph of my wife and her place of employment. I believe it is reasonable to assume that he was
attempting to intimidate both her and me. I also believe it is reasonable to assume that Mr. Villa did so in the
hope inciting a similar threat of violence against her in the same manner his previous posting incited a threat
against me.

Example 3

During the same approximate time period, Mr. Villa published the following on his blog:

For the record, I have never been charged with -- let alone convicted of -- DUI (nor anything more serious than
a speeding ticket), nor has my wife ever left me for any period of time whatsoever during our 16+ year
marriage.

Chillingly, Villa describes his stalking of me on my morning walk in minute detail -- down to his knowledge of
my exact location and attire on a particular day and time -- and implying by mentioning her by name that my
wife was home alone at that time.

Throughout his blog, Mr. Villa provides links to our address, a photo of our home, and our phone number. This
obviously to further his stalking intimidation and, perhaps, in an attempt to incite violence against us.

Example 4

In a previous attempt at intimidation, Villa emailed me (and copied a member of my family) that he was
certain that God was on that to see to my slow and ugly death, and closed with a chilling phrase around
my chugging cheap wine in hell with [the name of a member of my family] soon. Very shortly after, he quoted
fictional serial killer Hannibal Lecter on his blog. What purpose could his unsolicited email and follow-up quote
have served other than to intimidate, harass, annoy, or alarm?

Example 5

Prior to his ominous email, Villa published my younger sisters personal contact information (a single woman
who lives alone) until scribd.coms legal department was made aware of it, considered it to be a provocative
danger to her, and removed it by terminating Mr. Villas account.

Example 6

Villa has also in the past emailed a member of my family musing as to whether he should attack me with brass
knuckles or bare knuckles.

Given the references to violence and Mr. Villas history as a former long-time illegal drug abuser, I do not
believe that any reasonable person would find my concerns unwarranted.

In addition to Mr. Villas attempts at intimidation through references to violence, he has also retaliated through
assaults on my reputation as shown below.

Example 7

Mr. Villa has repeatedly claimed that my affidavit is not an affidavit at all but a contract between myself,
District Attorney Martin and Sprague & Sprague. Typical of his numerous false claims in that regard are the
following blog posts:

clients he has now...but your cursin' cousin Jeff will soon
find out how good at backstabbing Jim Martin is!

Each assertion Villa makes in these posts is false. Moreover, the businesses listed are not in my industry. I
have never met any executive, manager, or employee of the Butz, Jaindl, or Reilly organizations nor is my
firm engaged in any way in the commercial real estate development industry.

Example 8

In postings made at scribd.com (https://www.scribd.com/document/317851650/False-911) and elsewhere, Mr.

Villa claims that I made a false police report against him. The Allentown Police Department, of course, says
otherwise (I refer you to Chief Morris or any of his staff familiar with the matter).

In fact, Mr. Villa showed signs of targeting the daughter of a female cousin of mine, and, given his previous
targeting of my younger sister, we as a family decided we had no choice but to share our concerns about the
former long-time illegal drug abuser Mr. Villa by contacting the Allentown Police. After being contacted by a
family member, and recalling my experience with Mr. Villas targeting of my younger sister, the Allentown
Police subsequently phoned me to inquire as to our past experience as victims of Mr. Villa. These details, of
course, are why Mr. Villa never includes the first page of the police report when publishing it on the internet.

In closing, even Mr. Villas employer (Jamie Allebach, Chief Creative and Executive Officer, Allebach
Communications of Souderton PA) has taken action to curtail Villas abuses by forbidding him from conducting
them during standard business hours (the threat of violence against me from a stranger was in response to a
workday posting by Mr. Villa, for example) though, of course, Mr. Allebachs order to Mr. Villa did not and
could not cover after-hours activity. I would hope the legal system would follow the same fine example set by
Mr. Villas employer Mr. Allebach and put a stop to all Villas abuses.
