Atty. ALFREDO C. VERONA, counsel for petitioner is conducting

and supervising the examination of witness Cesar N. Villena at the formers
office at Rm. 219, Melecio Tan Building, corner Zamora & Salazar St.,
Tacloban City.

I, CESAR N. VILLENA, am answering the questions asked of me in

the waray-waray dialect fully conscious that I do so under oath, and that I
may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury, and that I am
aware that I am under oath.

OFFER OF TESTIMONY

The testimony of the witness is being offered for the purpose of

proving the following facts:

1. That he is the incumbent barangay chairman of Brgy. Pitogo, Jaro, Leyte;

2. That on April 25, 2016 he was requested by one Enrica Wolowitz who is the
mother of the deceased Howard Wolowitz who was shot and killed on the
night of April 24, 2016, to accompany her to the Jaro, Municipal Police
Station;

3. That upon arriving at the said police station he met spouses Sheldon Cooper
and Lorna Cooper at said police station who were also inquiring about the
same incident where said Sheldon Cooper was the suspect to said killing
incident;

4. That after getting soe information from the police about the killing of her
son Howard Wolowitz, he and Enrica Wolowitz left said police station;

5. And such other matters relevant and material to this case.

I am CESAR N. VILLENA, of legal age, married, Filipino and a

resident of Brgy. Pitogo, Jaro, Leyte. I am the incumbent Barangay
Chairman of Brgy. Pitogo, Jaro, Leyte.

A1 : Kay naghangyo ha akon hi Sheldon Cooper nga mag-asoy

parte han amon pagkita ha police station han Jaro, Leyte han

(Because Sheldon Cooper requested me to give a statement
regarding our meeting at the police station of Jaro, Leyte on
April 25, 2016).

(At noontime of April 25, 2016 Bernadette Rostenkovski called
me up and aksed for help because her husband was killed and
his body was brought to the funeral house but they had no
money to pay for the embalming of the deceased. When I went
there I met the mother of the deceased, Enrica Wolowitz, who
asked me to accompany her to the police station of Jaro in order
to inquire about said incident.)

happened?)

(When we arrived at the police station, Sheldon Cooper and his
wife were there.)

Q7 : Nahibaro ka kon ano an ira tuyo?

(Did you come to know what was their purpose?)
A7 : Oo sir, nanginano gihap parte han pagpataya kan Howard
Wolowitz kay hiya man kuno an gintatahapan nga amo an
nagpatay.
(Yes, sir. They were also making inquiries regarding the killing
of Howard Wolowtiz because he was being suspected as the
assailant.)

contained in this Judicial Affidavit consisting of six (6) pages, including the
last portion of this attestation.

2. Neither I nor any other person present is assisting or coaching the witness
