2 Analysis

The main reasons for low

rubber ball collection rate as following :
1 Equipment problem:

a. Ball collection screen is not

tight and ball run away
b. Other parts have

problemsystem can not operate normally.

2 System problem

a. There is dead angle

inside water chamber of condenser; rubber ball is jammed in
the dead angle.
 b. There is eddy
flow while cycle water is inside water chamber, which makes
ball packing inside water chamber
c.
There is air on top part of condenser water chamber, which
makes ball rising and packing in top part of chamber
d. There is garbage inside
cycle water which makes ball pacing inside chamber

. The main reason

for low rubber ball collection rate is system problem.
Ball stays inside condenser water
chamber.

3 Solutions

This is caused by system reason;

manufacture can not control it. We suggest taking measures to
guarantee cycle water is clean.

As the
equipment has no problem, ball will not disappear. Put ball
some more times, when the quantity of ball stay inside water
chamber become to a certain degree, there will be no more
ball can stay inside water chamber.
