Chocolates per day, includes the following :

ONE ChocoMan 15 Machine

+ NINE Nos. European Chocolate Moulds


+ Our 2 day ART OF MAKING FINE CHOCOLATES Course.

The ChocoMan 15 is crafted out of thick guage stainless steel


(304 grade) and all the crucial components - motors, gear-
box, etc. are supplied by reputed international manufacturers
eg. Motor and Gearbox are from Bonfiglioli, Italy and
switchgear from reputed companies like Siemens, ABB, etc.
The ChocoMan 15 is equipped with a food grade Revolving
Wheel as well as an Electronic Temperature Controller cum
Indicator, ensuring that the Chocolate is in a constant state
of temper, allowing the user to concentrate on the Creative
Side of Chocolate Making.

The ChocoMan 30 is crafted out of thick guage stainless

3. Chocolate Nutties Project
Our Chocolate Nutties Project, for a production of approx. 25-35 kgs of Chocolate-
coated nuts per day, includes the following :

ONE ChocoMan Coat 24 machine

+ ONE No. Chocoman 5 Melter

+ ART OF MAKING FINE CHOCOLATE NUTTIES Course.

The ChocoMan Coat 24 machine is crafted from heavy


guage, food-grade Stainless steel and comes fitted with a
Coating Bowl of 24 inches diameter.

The Motor and Gearbox are from Bonfiglioli, Italy and


switchgear from reputed companies like Siemens, ABB, etc.
This ensures that the machine works soundlessly and gives
years of good service.

In addition, this machine is fitted with an Air Blower which


ChocoMan Coat 18 blows regular as well as hot air.

The ChocoMan 5 melter is useful as it can melt chocolate


slabs to supply Chocolate to the Coat 18 Machine. The
temperature of the melted Chocolate is maintained by
means of the electronic Temperature Controller.

The Art of Making Chocolate Nutties : This one-day course is best suited for learning
to coat and shine various dry fruits and nuts with chocolate. We teach you the best method
of coating, practical advise, marketing tips, hygiene and health care, machine maintenance,
etc. At the end of it, you will make great Nutties with confidence.

The wide range of foods that you can coat with Chocolate include:

Nuts like almonds, cashews, peanuts, hazelnuts, etc.


Dates can also be coated easily.
Corn and rice balls, etc.
Marzipan, Truffle balls, Butter Scotch, etc.

On an average, one can produce about 30 kgs in an 8 hours shift.
