Procesul-verbal pentru inspecia de specialitate, mpreun cu fiele de evaluare a activitii didactice n cadrul inspeciei de specialitate/anexate, se nregistreaz la secretariatul
colii i se arhiveaz n conformitate cu reglementrile n vigoare. n registrul de inspecii al unitii de nvmnt se consemneaz: tipul inspeciei (inspecie de specialitate-
definitivat/sesiunea 2017 sau sesiunea 2018); numrul inspeciei; numele cadrului didactic inspectat; funcia didactic i specialitatea, numele i prenumele persoanelor care au
realizat inspecia; data efecturii inspeciei; constatri i aprecieri; concluzii i recomandri; notele acordate i nota final obinut la inspecie; numrul de nregistrare
la secretariatul unitii de nvmnt a procesului-verbal pentru inspecia de specialitate.

n conformitate cu precizrile art. 11 alin. (1) lit. (a) al OMENCS nr. 5.087/31.08.2016 (publicat n M.O. nr. 754/28.09.2016, partea I) i calendarului examenului naional
de definitivare n nvmnt n anul colar 20162017, vor fi transmite ctre ISJ Cluj copii certificate conform cu originalul de ctre conducerea unitii/unitilor de
nvmnt (autentificate prin semntura directorului i tampila unitii de nvmnt) ale proceselor-verbale pentru inspeciile de specialitate, mpreun cu fiele de
evaluare a activitii didactice n cadrul inspeciilor de specialitate, anexate.

NOT:
(1) Nota acordat de inspectorul colar/metodistul care a efectuat inspecia se obine calculnd media aritmetic, cu dou zecimale, fr rotunjire, a
punctajelor realizate de candidat i consemnate n fiele de evaluare a leciilor/activitilor la care a fost inspectat.
(2) Nota acordat de directorul/directorul adjunct/responsabilul comisiei metodice care a efectuat inspecia este egal cu punctajul realizat de candidat i
consemnat n fia de evaluare a leciilor/activitilor la care a fost inspectat.
(3) Cadrele didactice nscrise la examenul naional de definitivare n nvmnt n anul colar 20162017, sesiunea 2017 sau sesiunea 2018, vor susine
dou inspecii de specialitate; inspeciile de specialitate se efectueaz la 4 activiti didactice, se evalueaz prin note de la 1 la 10 care nu pot fi contestate
i sunt valabile numai n sesiunea pentru care candidatul s-a nscris, n condiiile prevzute la art. 4. al OMENCS nr. 5.087/31.08.2016 .
