AND UPON considering admissible as evidence the production of a breakdown of costs by
the Respondent and publication of a Cabinet report dated 17.2.14 reviewing council tax court
costs;

AND UPON considering admissible as evidence the judgment in the case, R (Nicolson) v
Tottenham Magistrates [2015] EWHC 1252 (Admin);

AND UPON the agreement of all the parties;

BY CONSENT, IT IS ORDERED THAT:-

1. The appeal be determined on the papers; and

2. There shall be no order as to costs
