5. Whether the Petitioners have stated satisfactory reasons


for filing joint petition in case of a joint petition?

6. Whether the petition is a common petition? If so,


whether it is in accordance with Rule 7 of Writ
Proceedings Rules?

7. Whether a statement is made as to any other remedy


available under any other law for time being in force
