The highest Standard of Unit Price

The highest standard of unit price is maximum cost per m2 for standard component of building,
which are structure , architecture, utility and finishing works. The highest standard of unit price is
evaluated periodically by regent, mayor, and governor.

The highest standard of unit price decided by location and classification. Based on that, every city has
different price with other city.
