CHAPTER I

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

RBT Consulting Corporation is a diverse group of HR and IT

professionals. Driven with passion in developing and finding ways

to come up with the right solutions to business challenges. RBT is

a dynamic company with a main focus of development of

productivity oriented solutions and high impact HR services.

There are a growing number of competition in BPO. RBT will work

to satisfy the needs and wants of the increasing pool of potential

clients in BPO industry. RBT have already develop one of the most

leading services in the industry, namely, A) Talent Search or

Executive Search, B) Organization Development Consulting, C) HR

Outsourcing, D) Human Resource Integrated System and E)

Payroll Outsourcing.

RBT will sell its services through its websites and social media

accounts using direct to the consumer approach. It will allow RBT

to establish and maintain close relationships to potential clients,

and also attract more.

challenges and marketing will be one of the key to the

development of the brand and product awareness. RBT offers

RBT has a lot of competitors offering the same services. Thats

why we are forming our own market. Our target market ranges

from small to medium enterprises belonging to different

industries. Our competitor like John Clements has a strategy of

promoting their brand through posting different articles related to

business, which would draw in not only applicants searching for

executive positions but also for companies.

We offer a specialized form of management consulting in which

consulting process places equal focus on the development of the

HR Outsourcing

Whatever your companys human resources requirement, our

team is here to meet those needs. We are both a generalist, in

which we offer a wide variety of services and a specialists,

focusing on specific areas such as payroll or recruiting. Depending

on the size of your business and how much control you want us to

maintain over your HR functions, you can either outsource all your

HR tasks or contract for a services ala carte. This is a strategic

We implement a management system which is an intersection of

The key to success is for us to have stable generation of leads

so well be able contact our clients. Since our target market are

businesses, we will conduct a B2B marketing strategy which is

contacting our clients one to one. We must also ensure

customer satisfaction. Our approach to our clients is not just

introducing the services that we offer, but knowing the current

problems they are facing right now and present the solutions

that we have. After all, they are not after what we have, all

they care is what they need. If we achieve these keys to

success, we will become a profitable and sustainable company.

The key to the marketing strategy is focusing on our online

activities with our different social media account on various social

media sites. Example: Facebook, Twitter, Linked In. Also,

telemarketing.

STRATEGIES

The single objective is to position RBT as the most reliable service

provider in the country, serving the domestic market as well as

the international market. The marketing strategy first aims to

create customer awareness concerning the offered services.

The message that RBT will seek to communicate is that it offers

customers a life of convenience. This message will be

communicated through various methods. The first will be the RBT

website, which will provide a rich source of service information. A

lot of time and research will be invested to provide clients with

the perception of total professionalism. Contents of the websites

will also be posted on our social media sites, to show clients who

we are and what we do. Our competitors post articles about

business, the current trends, executive job vacancies, event

happenings about their companies which can also be applied or

posted to our social media accounts.

We may invest on Facebook ads. In Facebook, we can customize

who we want to reach, monitor who views our page and most

specially promote our company domestically and internationally.

A study published on the Think With Google blog found that

about 50 percent of B2B researchers (who usually make many of

the purchasing decisions on behalf of their company) are

millennials, or professionals aged 18-34. If you look at who is

using social media, youll see that the majority of millennials (as

well as the adult population) are using at least one social media

platform, with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter being the most

popular. According to Pew Research Center, 82% of online adults

ages 18 to 29 use Facebook, along with 79% of those ages 30 to

49. This age range likely makes up many of your target audience

who are making regular B2B purchases. Brand awareness is very

important thats why we have to constantly appear on top, online

where our competitors are.

The second marketing method will be investing on billboard. The

purpose is to raise brand awareness and name recognition. The

billboard will be placed in front or near our building for companies

to know that we are here.

The third marketing method is telemarketing, this is where we

mostly have to focus on. Telemarketing offers opportunity to

immediately gauge interest in our services and will give us an

edge over our competitors by quickly responding to our client

needs, and we may also ask for referrals. Sales lead

generation and appointment setting are core telemarketing

services that can result quickly build a new customer/client base.

The fourth method is through brochures and/or pamphlets which

will be given whenever we attend on events, seminars or business

meeting with clients.
