FEATURES:
LED lay-troffers are high efficiency alternatives to T8 and T12 linear fluorescent troffers. Our intelligent high
performance LED light engines and drivers deliver long life, consistent clear, and superior lumen maintenance.
Applications include offices, schools, retail locations, hospitals and any other grid ceiling.
OPTICS:
The one piece acrylic diffuser conceals the LEDs while providing even light distribution across the luminaire.
The smooth white reflector curves into the diffuser, creating volumetric illumination by softening and distribut-
ing the light evenly in a wide pattern. The curved design also softens the contrast between the luminaire and
ceiling.
CONSTRUCTION:
LED troffer is constructed of rugged cold-rolled steel, post painted with a highly diffuse white finish. End plates
are designed to mount in a variety of grid ceiling types. The diffuser is a one piece impact resistant acrylic
which provides a wide distribution.

4. Installation
4.1 Cable-Suspended Installation Instructions
4.1.1 Cable-Suspended Installation Steps
LED LINEAR LIGHTS

1. Drill two desirable holes on the ceiling and the holes should match with M6-M8 self-tapping screw.
2. Tap the plastic expansion tube into the hole.
3. Let KA4*30 screw go through fixing base A and then

tapped into plastic expansion tube. Rotate fixing base B
4. Attach flexible cable mounting bracket to fixture on two sides by using supplied PM3*8 screws.
5. With 2 people, raise fixture next to ceiling. Press bracket and insert cable through holes.
6. Adjust fixture according to requirement. The cable adjuster will automatically grip and hold the cable. Double
check cable holds tightly.

7. Remove the cover with tools.

8. Break through the hole of the cover by cutting nipper. Put wire into fixture through wire tube.
9. Connect N, L, GND (Dimmable wire optional) well. After connection, put back the cover.
10. Installation is complete.

Break through the hole of the cover by cutting nipper.; AC wire PIN connection
As shown above, lock bracket on one side of LED Linear 1, and then lock on the LED Linear2.
Please Note:
Make sure power is off before installation or disassembly.
Chain-hanging: LED Linear can be jointed together as needed, and the total number of fixtures should be
no more than 7pcs.
4.2 Surface-mounted Installation Instructions

4.2.1 Surface-Mounted Installation Steps
1. Drill two desirable holes on the ceiling and the holes should match with M6-M8 self-tapping screw.
2. Tap the plastic expansion tube into the hole.
3. Let screw KA4*30 go through ceiling bracket A and insert into plastic expansion tube.
4. Fix ceiling bracket B to two sides fixing holes well by using PM3*8.

AIMING:
350 horizontal rotation and 90 vertical aiming. Two aiming screws (one on each side of fixture) lock
fixture aiming angle.
FINISH:
Abrasion resistant power coat paint finish. Available in Black (BK), White (WT), Brushed Nickel with
Black track adaptor (BN/BK) and Brushed Nickel with White track adaptor (BN/WT)

The LED Lamp Emergency Backup is a UL Recognized LED Lamp
Emergency Backup that allows the same LED fixture to be used for both normal and
emergency operation. In the event of a power failure, the LED Lamp Emergency backup
switches to the emergency mode and operates the existing fixture for 90 minutes. The
unit contains a battery, charger, and converter circuit in a single can.
