STEAK ON THE BRAIN


All steaks are cut to our precise instructions. As
taste and structure vary, it is up to you to choose
your favourite. Rump is great value for the price,
but if you want true premium quality with an
unmistakable flavour, we recommend succulent
Rib Eye with its distinctive marbling. Rib Eye is dry-
aged for 42 days to make the meat more distinctive
and tender. The Strip Loin (Strip Steak) cut has
thick marbling around the edge which adds flavour
when frying, while Tenderloin (beef tenderloin) is
lean, without fat and has a delicate flavour and is
particularly well-suited if you like your
steak rare or medium rare.
