It is without reservation that I write this letter of recommendation for Kimberly

Cardona.

As her school counselor, I have been fortunate to get to know Kimberly since her
freshman year. She is one of the most polite and down-to-earth student I know
the type that would rather do than complain about something. I have known her
to be soft spoken, but I can tell there is a quiet confidence, which means she will
not hesitate to speak her mind when necessary.

As a student, you cannot ask for more. Kimberly has exceled by taking a rigorous
course load of honors and advance placements throughout her high school career.
With a current schedule that includes demanding and time consuming classes such
as: AP English Literature, AP Calculus, AP Psychology, Leadership, and Virtual
Enterprise, she has been able to amass a cumulative 3.75 g.p.a at the conclusion
of Fall Semester 2016. In addition, she has involved herself in extracurricular
activities on and off-campus, some of which includes: Leadership (student council),
Girls Tennis, CSF (California Scholastic Federation) a honor society focusing on
community involvement, AIDS and Leukemia Walkatons, and Adopt-A-Family
buying and donating clothes to the homeless. She also was one of only about a
dozen students in the Global Business Law Government (GBLG) Academy of Carson
High School to be the recipient of an internship through ITEP, one of the our
business partners.

With all that said, there is not a student who is more ready to tackle and succeed
at the next level in her educational endeavors than Kimberly. She has done and far
exceeded what has been asked of her. Kimberly has not fully decided on what she
will focus on in college. Her zest for learning will keep her options varied and
opened, which includes a love for math, culture and the human anatomy.
Combined with her drive, strong work ethic and innate ability, I have the utmost
confidence she will be great at whatever she decides going forward.
