I have great pleasure in recommending Bilal Shabbir in his pursuit of

higher educational qualification Masters Degree in Electrical
engineering and Automation. I have been acquainted with Bilal Shabbir for
the past four years as a student of undergraduate studies under the
electrical engineering in our institute.

I have handled AC Machines and DC Machines in the 2 nd and 3rd semester

of his undergraduate studies. He has consistently performed well and
stands within the top 16 in his class of 66. He has a good understanding of
the fundamentals in these subjects. He was regular, punctual and
hardworking during his undergraduate studies and I am fully confident
that he will proceed his graduate study in his proposed field of Electrical
Engineering and Automation positively if granted admission.

He is articulate and can express himself very well both in formal teaching
contexts and in informal discussions. In these years of acquaintance I
have found his ideas to be innovative and creative. This was
demonstrated by the work he did on his mini project computer operated
wireless home appliance control.

Added to this, he has completed his final year project-Model Based Power
System Using Smart Grid, under my guidance and as his project adviser; I
have observed and monitored him at close quarters. He is a person with
positive attitude towards life and enjoys his work. I find him to be a
dedicated and industrious student and I am confident that he will excel in
his higher studies.

He is interested in strengthening his academic proficiency by pursuing his

Masters in Electrical Engineering and Automation. I believe that his
