MANAGERIAL REPORT:

We all know that Cartoon Network became successful in entering India in the late 2000s.
They easily penetrated the media industry and made known as the largest and leading satellite
television channel in regards to cartoon. But that doesnt mean that fate is always in favor of the
network.
There exist some instances that challenged their abilities, and as years goes by, many
competitors entered the industry such as Nickelodeon & Walt Disney. The network also
experienced problems in advertising and localizing their shows which were criticized by many.
Parents also viewed it as unethical and unentertaining that exploited the pester power of
children.
Maintaining your position as one of the leading player in the competition is a delicate job
to do. One must be careful on every decision they will make, for it can affect the long-term
course of the business. And as a we study this case, we now conclude that the CN should invest
in conducting R&D in entering new markets for it can affect the long-term course of the
business.

Just like a fruit, if you leave one part open, everything will be rotten.
