From July 2015 till now: Larsen & Toubro Ltd (ECC) M2C Grade Project Manager in State of Qatar.

I have joined L&T-ECC at Qatar as Project Management Professional for the Power Transmission and Distribution Division is state of Qatar.
Specific responsibilities of PM function for Phase 12 Project of KHARAMMA in Qatar. There are 6 substations with varied scope of works
involving construction of new Power Transformer Bays , Modification of existing Substation , Construction of New Facilities. All Substations
are having GIS, Power Transformers, SCS (Substation Control Systems).

From October 2010 till June 2015 (Project Construction phase and then in O&M Phase):
Senior Management position (General Manager - Contracts) with specific responsibility of Contracts Department of an Organization which
is into the business of Power Generation (Thermal Power Project). Various Technical Contracts (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / C&I) are
evaluated, modulated based on our Project requirement. These are contracts for Coal Handling Plant, Ash Handling Plant , BTG ,
Transmission Lines, Raw Water Intake Systems , Ash Dyke, Main Plant Civil, BoP (Mech , Elect , Civil) , PA System , CAPEX equipment
(Elect / Mechanical) etc . Facilitation of Technical negotiation with our Engineering and then taking over Commercial negotiation independently
with our Management and Vendors. Expertise in Commercial and Technical investigation of Contract.

I took additional charge of Project Management for Railway siding Project, with Team of young Engineers. This includes support function for
Land acquisitions and reconciliation.

This is Senior Management position in the Organization. Working in close coordination with Finance Dept, Engineering Dept, Business
associates. Output of my Dept has direct impact on the P/L account statement and Balance Sheet of the Organization.

My growth from 2010 till 2014 Oct 2010 June 2014 DGM (contracts) to July 2014 onwards General Manager (Project Management).

Take Away: This opportunity gave me an exposure to complete cycle of construction of Thermal Power Plant, starting from conceptualization,

From 1995 till 2010:
I was associated with an Organization, having interest in Project Business. Specifically related to Electrical, Instrumentation Industrial
Projects. I was instrumental in Marketing of Industrial Projects. Specific responsibility of preparation of Project Costing, Order acquisition and
Project Execution and handing over to end user. This function gave me immense exposure to the field of Project Management. Specific
responsibility was entrusted till collection of final payment from Customer. The position was responsible for Project profitability, which had

direct impact on the Regional Business figures. The job role involved Project Costing, Engineering Optimization, and Execution of Project,
close interaction with End Customer, Consultants, and Statutory Authorities.

Take Away: This job content gave me insight into the concept of Project Marketing, Project Execution (concept to closure). I grew from
individual contributor to Team Leader.

From 1993 till 1995:
I was associated with on field execution of Projects. I was responsible for Installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical and
Instrumentation for continuous Process Industry. Installation of Mechanical equipment was also part of my scope of work.

This opportunity gave me hands on exposure to the reality. I acquired certain skills sets to get along with people from all background. I was
instrumental is handing over the plant to end user, which facilitated closure of Contract.

My growth during this period from Site Engineer to Commissioning Engineer. Earned respect from Customers and ALFA LAVAL.

Take Away: I had hands on experience of construction, commissioning and handing over.

Way Forward: I wish to get associated with the work content which will give me an opportunity to lead a Team from front with Regional
Responsibility. This may be in field of Marketing Function or Procurement or Project Management (Contract Management) function, or
Works Processes Management Function. The position based in India.
