04: 2015 - till date Senior Projects Coordinator, Depa Interiors, Dubai , U. A.E

Acted mainly as a package manager of joinery scope of work in various prestigious projects managing the day to day production to
meet deadlines accurately , reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance, documenting code review
and compliance, communicating and coordinating with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily business
operations. Working with a great team at Depa, I was guiding, supporting and managing job captains while assisting and working
closely with a professional team of designers to ensure accurate preparation of project construction documents and communication
with and coordination of the preparation of documents with consultants, contractors and team members .

Working at Depa was a great experience to further develop excellent, written and verbal communication skills and was a perfect suit
to my possession of a strong desire to excel and lead in a fast paced, challenging and client - focused environment .

Other responsibilities include coordinating activities, resources , equipment and information, liaising with clients to identify and define
project requirements, scope and objectives, making certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves, assistance in preparing

regard to natural stone scope of work - marble, granite,reconstituted... - mainly worked on Fairmont Hotel in Ajman as I was
responsible of the stone work there, A to Z, after being promoted from site engineer for the rectification done in Le Meridien
Hotel in Dibba, Fujairah and various small projects like local villas as I also worked before that as an architectural technical
advisor in the projects department at FMTF.

Some of my Duties at FBI were creating detailed drawings & specifications and reviewing architectural plans and drawings,
highlighting any possible risks or problems and making amendments using CAD, Overseeing and controlling a project from
start to finish & resolving problems and issues that arise during construction, Preparing tender applications and
presentations & negotiating with clients and subcontractors , to perform architectural planning of Projects within the
approved budget and according to client requirements being familiar with a variety of the field's concepts , practices , and
procedures, specifying the suitable materials,tools and technology to be used in the project and advising deviation from the
initial design plan,if any required, Liaising with architects, surveyors and construction professionals and surveying sites and
identifying environmental impacts , to update all design and construction drawings related to architectural works and follow
up on approvals , to review and comments on materials catalogue related to architectural aspects of projects and check

Professional skills (Project Management )

Completing below mentioned projects added to my skills a wide experience in various main project phases starting of initial
planning of a project to pre- con meetings and permits, weekly activities, change orders and pay application reaching project
completion phase and closing the same professionally.

Involvement in these aspects and gained experience was as followes:

Planning a project : Reading bid documents and instructions, pre- bid site visits, reviewing all plan sets, checking all addendums ,
prepare sub- contractors packages contacting a minimum of 3 subs per division ( Sub -Contractors Include: Site Developer ,
Concrete ; piles, footing, floor , beams and columns, Steel/Frames , Plumbing, Electrical , Mechanical/ FIVAC, Fire/Safety Irrigation,
Roofing/ Waterproofing, Glazing/ Windows, Drywall/ Finishes, Landscape and Irrigation, Street Lighting) and reviewing RFIs
and forwarding to design team.

Pre - Con Meeting and Permits: Awarding contracts, applying for Master Permit, making sure we have the latest revised permit set
plans prior to submitting to Municipality , preparing preliminary schedule, setting up Pre- Con meeting, following up with
subcontractors who need to apply for individual permits needed, setting up meetings with subcontractors to discuss and provide
schedule of activities and providing Pre - Con meeting minutes to all subcontractors for verification, requesting Submittals and
discussing safety trainings, and any daily work sheets that have to be submitted when performing any work/services.

Weekly Activities Setting weekly meetings for schedule of activities, preparing comprehensive monthly schedule, making
corrections weekly or as needed always providing meeting minutes and avoiding oral official communication, supervising
activities being performed to avoid falling behind on the schedule, anticipating and looking ahead for possible issues and
possible preventive actions , maintaining ongoing communication between subs working in sequence, scheduling municipality/
code enforcement inspections accordingly .

Change Order and Pay Applications: Reviewing Change Orders from sub-contractors and providing to Engineer /owner for final
approval, setting due date for payment application, making sure all are using advised Payment Application Forms like AIA
G 700, setting a period of time like 15 days for reviewing and revising pay applications prior to submitting to engineer/owner,
providing sub -contractor with estimate of paymentprocess, request and recording signed and notarized partial release of lien
prior to releasing payment . Project Completion: setting up final inspections for each sub- contractor
