First Aid and Nursing Instruction Fever

1) Check the body temperature using thermometer

Iwant to check your body temperatur with this thermometer
Please raise your arm
Im going to put this thermometer into your armpit.please hold on for five minute
until is sound beep
it finish
I want to take thermometer
2) Apply warm compress to the victim
Now,Im going to give you compress on your forehead and dont wrap your body
with blanket
Repeat it until the fever decrease
3) Give paracetamol
Im going to give you paracetamol to make your body temperature down
Please take one tablet per 8 hours
Please drink much water
Dont take the medicine with milk or tea
4) Ask the victim to take a rest

headchache .She feels thats her headchache knife.(her stomachache feels knife).The fever start
Last night, when she wake up in the morning,.She gets fever at night at the afternoon and the
morning She is better when she drinks warm water and sleeping. She takes over the counter
medicine(paractamol).She does not get any side effect. She does not have allergy
