WAIVER OF RIGHTS

UNDER ART. 125 REVISED PENAL CODE

IN RELATION TO SECTION 7, RULE 112

RULES OF COURT

I, RAY FALTADO, of legal age and resign and a resident of

159 Antonio Arnaiz Avenue, Pasay City, under investigation by
the NBI-Operatives at NBI-NCR UN Avenue, Taft, Manila,
relative to the shooting incident which transpired on January
13, 2017 on or about 7:am and resulted in the death of one
ERICA SANDOVAL, 34 years old, hereby submit myself to such
investigation and waive my rights under Article 125 of the
Revised Penal Code, that is, I am willing to remain under NBI-
NCR custody more than the period provided by law.
