Reporting Officers Summary of Offense/Incident:

Daughter of Boggs(W) reported that Boggs(V) was drunk and hes yell out loud, but this just make

people in the town laugh at him because everyone know that he naturally never hurt anyone. In fact, he

went to Arkansaw to kill Colonel Sherburn(S); She said the boy told her that he heard some one said he

will endure Boggss action till one oclock. After the mysterious statement end , he saw people

trying to stopped Boggs(V). Then Boggs(V) back to normal, but its already late. She heard the sound

BANG! and BANG! again. Then she hurry look at her father; after ten minutes, he died. Even though, this

is a tragedy, but at first his daughter confessed that he also come here to kill Colonel Sherburn(S). Colonel

Sherburn(S) may not see as criminal because Boggs as drunk man not respect him and called him up to kill.

People crowd and lynch him because they suspect he was a crime. However, this crime has power to kill anyone

who lynch against him, but People said he just called them cowards and gave them a speech.
