REVIEW OF DEAR ZINDAGI

This is a story about a girl, named Kaira played by Alia Bhatt, who cannot be in a
long term relationship with men. She is a cinematographer who is in a relationship
with her Producer and then all of a sudden has to leave Bombay and come to Goa.
Her new project is to shoot a new hotel owned by her Father's Friend and there she
gets to listen to Jahangir Khan. She ends up meeting Jehangir Khan, a role played by
Shah Rukh Khan. He is a counselor. He tell her stories that how one needs to be less
judgemental and just take life as it is. She falls for him. But one day when this ends
she does not want to let him go but he has to go.

There are two dialogues that I always relate to said by the SRK,

Bachpan mein kabhi rone nahi diya, kabhi feelings express nahi karne di, Feelings ko
chupana padta hai, taaki ghar mein shaanti bani rahe. Jab pyaar hota hai to ab ye
kaise express karein life mein?

Genius is the when you know when to stop.

The girl Kaira is so much done with her relationship. She wants to have a serious
one but she is not able to have. The reason is explained in the movie that she was
neglected by her parents. She says the exact words to her parents when she just
can't take it anymore.

I take this opportunity to forgive each and every person from the bottom of my
heart. I keep my Pune life away from them. This is my own created niche and I do
not want any negativity into it. People who just know me for a while they have
started judging me and telling me to visit Art of Living course.

Now that I have come to Pune life is changing for me. My only lifeline uptill now is
my friend Swati, Saritha and Prerna. They have really made me come out of my
house. Now things have changed for me. I am an architect and have discovered that
I can do multi tasking even. I can Design, Cook, Sing, and be the best Listener and
study and learn after a long gap. Talking to people is still one area wherein I flare up
and feel insecured but I am going to come out of it with me helping myself out.

I am doing great in Pune.

Each and everyday I work till the limit that I want to work and attain perfection and
this is what I realized that when I will work to perfection in each and every subject in
Masters and in real life, my family's opinion will no longer matter to me.

Next is that this semester my Design will be appreciated by the faculties and I will
do my best in all of the theory, submissions, assignments. I will pass the Internal
assessment and the university exam with flying colours. And hopefully soon start
earning so I become financially independant. I want financial independence so that I
can complete learning Music, do Photography, Travel, Write, Taste different cuisines,
Cook and Bake, Learn French, Watch good movies and be a good listener and heal
people around me. And hopefully be in a wonderful relationship with a man who
wants me in his life.

Looking forward to each and every day as if I want to live each and every second of
it and make the best and thats exactly what I am doing right now.
